What am I charged for in DeskDay?

DeskDay pricing is based on tech seats. You only pay for the number of techs you add. End-user apps are included at no extra cost, so you can scale customer base without increasing platform costs.

Is AI included, or is it charged separately?

AI-powered features currently available in DeskDay are included as part of the platform. AI agents are coming soon, and once available, they will be charged separately.

Can a one-person MSP use DeskDay?

Yes. A one-person MSP can use DeskDay on the annual plan, as there is no minimum seat requirement.

Which billing option is better: monthly or annual?

Monthly billing is a good option if you want to get familiar with DeskDay first. If you are ready to commit, annual billing gives you better value with 25% savings, which is effectively 3 months free compared with monthly pricing.

Is there any Onboarding Fee?

Yes. Standard plans include an onboarding fee. For Enterprise plans, the fee is waived. Onboarding assistance can be availed within the valid onboarding period.

Do you offer data migration?

Yes. DeskDay offers data migration free of charge. We currently help migrate tickets, customer data, and user data.

What payment methods do you accept?

DeskDay accepts all major credit cards.

How long is the trial period?

DeskDay offers a 14-day free trial so you can explore the platform before subscribing.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription based on your plan terms. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. For annual and longer-term commitments, cancellation applies at the end of the active subscription term.
