Customizable Onboarding Templates for User Invitations, Password Resets, and Account Lockout Notifications

This enhancement empowers MSPs to create branded, client-specific communication for critical user workflows. It improves professionalism, reinforces the MSP’s identity, and ensures a consistent user experience during onboarding and support events like password resets or lockouts—key touchpoints that influence client satisfaction.

Included Tasks in the Watchlist View for Normal, Admin, and Custom Role Users

Bringing tasks into the watchlist allows all user roles to monitor time-sensitive or priority actions in one central view. This significantly enhances visibility and accountability, making it easier for techs and managers to stay aligned on what matters most—especially in high-volume MSP environments.

Enabled Customization of Activation Link Recipients in Both Add User and Bulk Add User Drawers

MSPs can now designate who receives activation links, reducing the risk of premature user activation or missed invitations. This is particularly valuable in structured onboarding processes where user creation and activation may be handled by different roles (e.g., admin staff vs. client managers).

Additional Updates & Enhancements

  1. Added support for entering multiple email IDs separated by commas during user creation.
  2. Updated the QuickBooks integration message to improve clarity after setup.
  3. Defaulted the Timezone field in the Create Resource drawer to match the company’s profile (CST by default).
  4. Sorted signature variables (Company and Individual) alphabetically for easier access.
  5. Applied alphabetical sorting to all tables and dropdowns, except for Tickets, Projects, and Announcements, which are sorted by creation date.
  6. Updated “Notes and Time” button in Tasks to “Time +”.
  7. Added ability to save time entries with zero total hours.
  8. Removed mandatory requirement for email in Add Location drawer.
  9. Added support for formatting list content in email templates.
