Additional product enhancements
  1. Added an option to assign to self with a single click on Create Ticket and Ticket Details.
  2. Added an option to include site name when importing bulk users.
  3. Revamped the Message Tray and placed it near notifications on the top right.
  4. Full notification count is now shown and added a tooltip for the notification icon.
  5. Updated the Integrations page with more tools to notify the DeskDay team
  6. Made the “No Tax” field non-editable and disabled non-editable fields.
  7. Added the “Set as Primary” button back in the default DeskDay Support Desk mailbox.
  8. Removed the “Setup your support mail” button from the download drawer if the role doesn’t have access to email servers.
  9. Content updates for radio buttons inside accordions of roles and permissions.
  10. Disabled Pinned Chat if the ticket has no access.
  11. Removed merged and canceled tickets count from New and Assigned ticket counts on the home screen.
  12. Removed unwanted toaster notification when adding ticket types in custom fields.
  13. Restricted task reopening after invoice generation.
  14. Updated the name ‘Agent Software’ to ‘IT Connect’ in the Reports source graph.
  15. Updated first name, last name, and company name validations on signup.
  16. Updated sample data names for users.
Bugs Fixed
  1. Fixed the ticket type and subtype from the template not being applied when the template is used.
  2. Fixed table appearing empty after clicking the count on the home page.
  3. Fixed issues with updating time entries from the timesheet.
  4. Fixed issues with updating activities from the timesheet.
  5. Fixed mismatches in total hours, billable hours, and non-billable hours on the timesheet table.
  6. Fixed accepting a zero-item invoice when saving from draft.
  7. Invoice will become inactive if a recurring invoice expires.
  8. Contract and work role is now saved for activities in timesheets.
  9. Fixed Ticket Owner not listing inside the ticket properties.
  10. Fixed error screen on Customer & User hub on tables.
  11. Fixed the inability to delete a role when no resource is associated with it.
  12. Fixed Resource Chat reply not working when the custom mailbox is deactivated.
  13. Fixed user’s reply to the ticket creation notification appearing on the right side of chats inside tickets.
  14. Fixed issue where not all resource names were listed in assignees and schedules, and the list couldn’t be scrolled.
  15. Fixed missing names of Super Admin, Admin, and accessible resources in the ‘Add Members’ section of the project.
  16. Fixed issue where tickets were not being created randomly when emails were sent to the custom mailbox servers.
  17. Fixed issue of switching from ‘Actual’ to ‘Fixed’ showing ‘undefined’ in the Contract dropdown.
  18. Fixed an error while adding a domain in customer settings.
  19. Fixed 413 payload issue when pasting large images in canned notes.
  20. Fixed issue of counting MSP customers and users when selecting all from the ticket table.
  21. Resolved UI break in the Service Desk table within the customer Hub.
  22. Fixed an issue where updating the customer-user name did not reflect in project creation.
  23. Fixed automatic user selection upon entering a name on announcement creation.
  24. Fixed time entry modal closing without selecting a work type or role, causing a zero-invoice amount.
  25. Fixed duplicate invoice numbers in recurring invoice generation; made Invoice IDs unique across all customers inside an MSP.
  26. Fixed getting ‘undefined’ in chat when changing the MSP account owner’s profile image.
