Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, architects, executives, and end-users to bring new product ideas to life
• Lead product discovery, scenario envisioning, and UX/technical design for AI-driven features
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage the backlog in Agile sprints
• Partner with engineering to design, ship, and scale platform solutions
• Conduct customer and market research to inform roadmap priorities
• Deliver product demos, customer training, and partner enablement sessions
• Capture market insights and shape product strategy for DeskDay’s AI ecosystem

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in product management and project management
• Proven track record shipping SaaS products (AI/automation or workflow solutions are a strong plus)
• Experience working in Agile with cross-functional engineering and design teams
• Strong communication skills (able to present to executives and explain technical concepts clearly)
• Data-driven mindset: confident in defining metrics, analyzing usage data, and applying insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus)

Preferred

• Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML platforms and SaaS services
• Experience in building agent frameworks, conversational UX, or automation platforms
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments; proactive and self-driven
