This month we focused on operations, redesigning billing, expanding integrations, and making authentication simpler.

Billing Module Revamp

We completely redesigned the billing experience based on your feedback. The new module delivers a cleaner interface, faster workflows, and introduces seat-based contracts, giving you more flexibility in how you structure agreements with your customers.

Xero: Your service delivery and accounting are now connected. The DeskDay + Xero integration brings true two-way syncing, so invoices, payments, and statuses stay in sync across both platforms automatically.

Hudu: Sync your documentation from Hudu directly into DeskDay. Your techs get instant access to relevant knowledge base articles, asset information, and documentatio, right where they need it.

Platform Enhancements

SSO for Tech & Organization: Your techs can now sign in to DeskDay web and mobile apps using their existing credentials. We support both OIDC and SAML configurations, so you can use your existing Azure setup, whether through Azure AD or Azure Enterprise Apps.

Microsoft Graph API for Email: We’ve replaced SMTP with the Microsoft Graph API for email configuration. This means more secure mailbox connections using OAuth 2.0, better reliability, and simplified setup for Microsoft 365 environments.
