The pitch sounds irresistible: one platform, one login, one bill. No messy integrations, no juggling two vendor relationships, no data living in silos. Combined PSA+RMM platforms like SuperOps, Syncro, Atera, and Gorelo have bet their entire go-to-market on this promise, and yet, a meaningful segment of MSPs and IT teams keeps walking away from the all-in-one model.
Why? The answer isn’t ideological. It’s operational.
On paper, combining your PSA and RMM under one roof should eliminate friction.
